Stress
2 test down for this week.
Cell bio prac today. BAD start. Started from station2. Dint notice some questions which is supposed to be done at that station until i moved on to station 3 -.- Tried to finish other stations as fast as possible thinking that i can proceed back to the station. But teacher don't allow. Arghh. Damn angry with myself. If only the teacher is Mr Mak, i think the situation would be different. Tsk.
Com tool presentation tmr. Its gonna be boring ttm. Don't know why my group will choose obesity as the topic. So scientific. Yawning while looking through the slides. 100% guarantee the class will fall asleep while listening unless we are the first group.
Bad start. Bad ending.
Hormones that are released during sleep control appetite and the body’s use of energy. For example, insulin controls the rise and fall of blood sugar levels during sleep. People who don’t get enough sleep have insulin and blood sugar levels that are similar to those in people who are likely to have diabetes.
Also, people who don’t get enough sleep on a regular basis seem to have high levels of a hormone called ghrelin (which causes hunger) and low levels of a hormone called leptin (which normally helps to curb hunger).
I think i need to sleep now.

LACK OF SLEEP
Studies find that the less people sleep, the more likely they are to be overweight or obese. People who report sleeping 5 hours a night, for example, are much more likely to become obese compared to people who sleep 7–8 hours a night.
