I have seen different types of people. To be exact, their working style. I realised a lot of people will only perform their best only when someone higher than their status is around and I get very angry whenever I see that happen. As in, shouldn't we be doing a good job even when our manager/ supervisor is not around? Why must act that you are a very good staff and show that you are very hardworking only when they are around?

Stop lazing around and do a good job!! Not saying that I am a very good staff but at least I give in my best in everything and in every situation.
